Withdrawing STEMX from a Currency Account to an External Wallet

After the necessary funds are transferred from the trading account to the currency account, we can withdraw STEMX to an external wallet.

To do this, go to the “Account” section and click on “withdraw” in the STEMX field.

In the withdrawal form, you need to choose which network the withdrawal will be made on (BSC BEP-20 or Waves), and you also need to specify the wallet address and the amount to be withdrawn.

As a hint, next to the “How much to withdraw” field, the current amount on the STEMX currency account is shown. Please note that the exchange charges a commission for the withdrawal operation!

Carefully check the entered data and click "Withdraw".

After the withdrawal request is completed, you will see two transactions in the corresponding section. One of them is the commission for withdrawal, the second is the total amount of the withdrawal, taking into account the commission with the “Processing” status. Funds have been debited from the currency account (check that the amount on the currency account has decreased) and are awaiting processing to be sent to an external wallet.

The withdrawal request will be processed within 5-20 minutes, and after confirmation, a new transaction “Withdrawal” will appear with the amount that was sent to the external wallet minus the commission.
