How to Cancel an Order

Attention! All described rules for canceling orders are applicable to both STEMX and SXUSD orders.

If, for some reason, the user wants to cancel an order, they can use the “Cancel” button in the section with lists of open orders on the command token page.

You can only cancel open orders for both buying and selling, including partially filled ones. If the order is completely filled, it cannot be cancelled.

Upon cancellation, all unused resources (tokens or cash) that were involved in creating the order will be returned to the trading account (cash) or wallet (tokens) of the user. Including the commission.

If the order to be canceled was not executed for a share, then the full volume of the order will be returned. If a partially filled order is cancelled, only the unfilled part will be refunded.

After cancellation, the order will be removed from the “Open Orders” section and will be moved to the “Canceled Orders” section.

Immediately after canceling the order, tokens will be returned to the user's account if it was a sell order, or money if it was a buy order. The user will receive a notification about the cancellation of the order and the new balance.

When canceling an order, the user is also returned a commission in the amount proportional to the volume of the order.
