Transfer STEMX from an external crypto wallet

If the user has STEMX on an external crypto wallet, he can transfer them to his currency account inside the exchange.

To do this, go to the “Account” menu section and click on the “Deposit” button in the STEMX currency account field.

The replenishment form will open.

Select the desired network - BSC BEP-20 or Waves. In our example, we will choose BSC BEP-20.

Check carefully that your selection is correct.

Open your crypto wallet with STEMX tokens. In our example, we will use the Metamask wallet.

Next, we need to enter the wallet address:

• We scan the QR code from the replenishment form on the exchange with the Metamask application

OR

• Copy and paste the wallet address from the replenishment form on the exchange in Metamask.

In Metamask, select the amount of STEMX that we want to credit to our currency account on the exchange.

We confirm the transaction. STEMX tokens will be credited to your currency account on the exchange almost immediately after the transaction is confirmed.

In your account on the exchange, you will receive a pop-up notification that your STEMX account has been replenished. At the bottom of the page in the “Transactions” section, a transaction about replenishing the account will appear.

You can view the status of a currency account and switch between accounts in STEMX and SXUSD through the top menu on any page of the exchange.
